*Each additional person staying in a cabin above the base rate number of people (who are over four years of age) will be charged an additional $35 per day or $165 per week.

Early Season is from May 2, 2011 thru June 17, 2011. Late Season is from August 13, 2011 thru October 31, 2011. Prime Season is from June 18, 2011 thru August 12, 2011. Winter Rates Cabin 8 and Cabin 9 rental during the months of October through April will use the Early/Late Season price schedule. These cabins are available for Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years and for ice fishing weekends.

Day Visitor Policy: For the privacy and security of all our resort guests, please let us know if you are expecting visitors. All visitors must register at the office. There is a $10.00 per day per person visitor charge.

No Pets - No Exceptions.

Firearms and fireworks are not allowed at Willow Bay Resort.

Check-in is from 3:00PM to 6:00PM. Check-out is at 9:00AM. Early check-ins and late check-out will be charged $15.00 per hour per cabin. This excludes Memorial and Labor Day Weekend Packages.

Reservation Policy: To confirm and hold your reservation, your deposit must be received within 7 days of making your reservation. You are responsible for the full length of your confirmed reservation. In case of cancellation, deposits will be returned only if the cabin is re-rented for the same length of stay, less a $50 cancellation fee. Rates do not include state and local taxes. We accept personal checks, traveler's checks, money orders, VISA/MC, and cash. Reservations are taken year-round. **Reservation periods that are less than a one week stay, will be required to pay a deposit of 40% of the cost of the stay.
